After achieving his Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland, Sean started his career in sales and business development before moving into senior management roles.
Since joining Alex Fraser in 2017, Sean has improved and expanded its recycling operations, with a focus on tackling the burgeoning environmental issues of waste glass stockpiling and landfill. Sean and his team recently commissioned Australia’s most sophisticated glass recycling plant, capable of recycling a billion bottles per year.

Brendan Camilleri is the General Manager of Alex Fraser Asphalt, Australia’s leading producer of sustainable construction materials.
He oversees asphalt operations across three plants in Victoria and Queensland, processing 650,000 tonnes of asphalt each year.Read More
Brendan has more than 28 years of experience working in the asphalt industry and is a dynamic and highly personal leader who has grown the Alex Fraser Asphalt business since 2006. Brendan and his team introduced sustainable asphalt products that incorporate recycled glass, plastic and RAP at Alex Fraser. In 2019, Brendan commissioned a high recycled technology asphalt plant, and in 2022 will commission a fourth asphalt plant that has capacity to incorporate up to 50% recycled content.

Laurie joined Alex Fraser in 2018 with more than 15 years of safety experience under his belt. Having worked in health, safety, environmental and quality, he took the natural progression to risk and sustainability. He has extensive qualifications and experience as a metallurgist, before transferring to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management and corporate governance more than 15 years ago.

She has successfully executed major PR and community engagement campaigns on behalf of government and Alex Fraser. Cara has a strong interest in harnessing community engagement to elicit social change. Her leadership skills have been instrumental in building and mentoring high performing marketing and communications teams.
