Brendan’s focus includes managing the Australian business’ response to Heidelberg Material’s Sustainability Commitments 2030, sourcing alternate material opportunities and improving sustainable outcomes to support Hanson Australia’s Sustainability Charter.

Laurie joined Alex Fraser in 2018 with more than 15 years of safety experience under his belt. Having worked in health, safety, environmental and quality, he took the natural progression to risk and sustainability. He has extensive qualifications and experience as a metallurgist, before transferring to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management and corporate governance more than 15 years ago.

Cara is a highly experienced corporate communicator with a background in corporate, government and community organisations. She has held executive and general management roles in some of Australia’s leading charities and most innovative service providers. Cara has been responsible for the growth of multiple brands, including the introduction of Green Roads by Alex Fraser. She has successfully executed major PR and community engagement campaigns on behalf of government and Alex Fraser. Cara has a strong interest in harnessing community engagement to elicit social change. Her leadership skills have been instrumental in building and mentoring high performing marketing and communications teams.

Jeff has guided our strategic approach towards Corporate Social Responsibility and spearheaded our corporate community partnership of SARDA – Search and Rescue Dogs Australia. Jeff’s commitment to diversity has championed the establishment of the Trainee Driver Program, a recruitment program that takes trainees with a standard vehicle licence and provides training and careers as heavy rigid drivers in tipper or agitator trucks.
